THE UNUSUAL SUSPECTS

ELISA BENTINI

Social Media Manager & Account

Digital Addicted, Curious, Reader, Content Creator, Explorer, Open minded, Sea lover...

I was born in Latina, a lovely little town, but too small for my curiosity, so when I was 19, I decided to move to Milan for a new stimulating educational experience.

I firmly believe that the constant professional growth of individuals is driven by a mixture of ideas, opinions, open minds, an attitude for diversity and inclusion.

Leaving home (and so my comfort zone) so early was a real extraordinary life lesson: I learned how to solve problems by myself, how to be flexible and organized and especially how to create a blend between me and people of different cultures and cities.

In 2019 I got a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Business Management from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan.

The same year I moved to Rome where in 2021 I got my Master’s Degree in Marketing from Luiss Guido Carli University. Here I honed my communication skills, gave voice to my creativity, and learned to take the lead and manage complex projects and work groups.

During my studies, my constant dynamism brought me to start working as a freelance in the digital arena, managing different social media profiles of many small yet stimulating businesses. I attended an internship in a digital consulting agency and worked in a design firm.

I don’t think there is a single quote I live my life by but if I had to pick one it would be:
Listen with curiosity, speak with honesty and act with integrity”.

I am Social Media Manager & Account at TUS – The Unusual Suspects. In order to achieve the aims and meet the needs of the clients, I am in charge of designing and implementing social media strategies, creating innovative digital campaigns and distinctive yet engaging contents. My tasks include also to develop strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives, answer their queries in order to keep valuable and long-lasting collaborations.
